PENGARUH PANJANG STEK DAN KONSENTRASI HORMON IBA TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN BIBIT STEK TANAMAN KELOR (Moringa oleifera L.)

Abstract: Tanaman kelor memiliki banyak manfaat untuk tubuh manusia. Pelaksanaan … Show more

“…Observational data showed that the length of the shoots of the Palolo24 genotype was significantly different from the Tondo19 genotype; this showed that genetic differences in both caused differences in hormone levels and nutrient reserves, so it was suspected that cell division in the Tondo19 Moringa genotype was better than Palolo24. Pratama [12] suggests that the length of shoots is influenced by genetic factors, especially in the content of nutrient reserves in the cutting material, water availability, plant age (mother tree), and endogenous hormones in the cutting material. It was also stated by [13] that sunlight is very influential in the process of developing the length of shoots because sunlight affects the work of the auxin hormone in plants.…”
