This study aims to determine 1) the influence of work motivation on teacher performance 2) the influence of religiosity on teacher performance 3) the influence of work motivation on commitment 4) the influence of religiosity on commitment 5) the influence of commitment on teacher performance 6) the influence of work motivation on teacher performance by mediation commitment 7) the influence of religiosity on teacher performance by mediating commitment.This type of research is qualitative research using a saturated sample of 65 respondents. The analysis used is PLS 3.0, with endogenous variables of teacher performance, exogenous variables of motivation and religiosity, and variable as mediating commitment. The method used in collecting data is a questionnaire.Based on the results of this study, it proves that all hypotheses can be accepted (motivation, religiosity, commitment have direct and indirect influences on teacher performance). The results of the study showed significant results. Religiosity variables which have an important influence on commitment and performance are emphasized because high religiosity in a teacher will result in good performance and have an impact on high commitment. A teacher who has religiosity, he will work as well as possible because they have the belief that work is worship that expects Ridho from Allah, has a strong opinion that knowledge must be practiced and tries to make their students better because they feel that their students are entrusted which must be accountable to both parents and the organization, especially to the Almighty. The function of a teacher who is embedded in a teacher who has high religiosity assumes that the teacher must always preach, the center of knowledge and must always transfer his knowledge for the benefit of many people.Which in previous studies produced a positive but insignificant influence.It is hoped that the results of this study can add insight for the principal in improving teacher performance.

This study is intended to analyze the effect of leadership style and work motivation on teacher performance at the Charitas educational foundation. The variables studied were leadership style (X1), work motivation (X2), and performance (Y). The method used in this research is a quantitative approach with a correlational design. Sampling using stratified random sampling as many as 53 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The analysis technique uses descriptive statistics, and inferential statistics with multiple linear regression. From the results of multiple regression analysis, the performance equation (Y) = 35.003 – 0.060X1 + 0.674X2 +. From the results of multiple regression analysis, it can be seen that the work motivation variable has a greater value in influencing employee performance. From the results of the F test, Fcount > Ftable is 15.492 > 2.77. It can be concluded that the variables of leadership style, and work motivation, simultaneously and significantly affect the performance of teachers at the Charitas Education Foundation. From the results of the t test, it can be concluded that the work motivation variable has a significant effect on performance with a significant level of 0.05, while leadership style has no effect on performance. The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination of 0.362 or 36.2% of the leadership style variable, and work motivation can explain the variation of the performance variable, while the remaining 63.8% is explained by other variables outside of this study.

Kinerja guru dalam pendidikan sangatlah penting. Ada beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja guru, yaitu faktor motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan antara motivasi dan disiplin kerja dengan kinerja guru. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SD dengan desain penelitian (ex post facto) dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sensus/sampling dengan jumlah populasi 32 guru PNS. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode non tes dengan memberikan angket tertutup pada variabel motivasi dan disiplin kerja kepada guru PNS dan menggunakan PKG untuk variabel kinerja guru. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial. Analisis data yang digunakan pada hipotesis pertama dan kedua menggunakan uji korelasi product moment, dan pada hipotesis ketiga menggunakan uji korelasi berganda atau multivarian. Berdasarkan analisis data dalam penelitian ini, hipotesis pertama menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara motivasi dengan kinerja guru dengan nilai r hitung = 0,833 r tabel = 0,334. Pada hipotesis kedua terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara disiplin kerja dengan kinerja guru sebesar r hitung = 0,797 r tabel = 0,334. Dan pada hipotesis ketiga terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara motivasi dan disiplin kerja dengan kinerja guru dengan taraf signifikansi 5% yaitu Fhitung = 57,817 Ftabel = 3,33. Dampak dari hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan acuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi kerja guru dan disiplin kerja guru untuk mendukung peningkatan kinerja guru yang berdampak baik terhadap mutu pendidikan dan pembelajaran, sehingga tercipta sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas.
