Pengaruh Millenialitas Terhadap Persepsi Peserta Didik Tentang Management Kelas dan Metode Pembelajaran Guru (Studi Kasus di Kelas XI MAN 1 Yogyakarta)

Abstract

This study examines the millennial level of students' perceptions of class management and teacher learning methods, which are currently referred to as millennial students. Starting from the curiosity of researchers about the phenomenon of a group of generations that have critical, narcissistic, socialistic, pragmatic, and up-to-date characteristics. Located MAN 1 Yogyakarta which is very heterogeneous, to find out the influence of the millennial character on learning. The metods its a quantitative approach with multiple regression analysis (multiple), and questionnaire data collection. The population sample used is 73 respondents consisting of majors in science and social studies class IX. Analysis with four steps show that a moderate influence on the millenniality of students. This is indicated by R=0.132 and 0.126 which are categorized as moderate/enough. Then the magnitude of the positive influence of class management is 16% (R2 = 0.364 with 0.116 p = 0.005 > 0.05, and the learning method is 11% (R2 = 0.356 with 0.111 and p = 0.007 > 0.05).
