<p class="Default"><em>This research was motivated by the existence of problems regarding the personal financial management behavior of the Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business Management Study Program at Dian Nuswantoro University Semarang (UDINUS) in 2021. This research was shown to examine financial literacy, financial attitudes, lifestyle and social environment on the personal financial management behavior of UDINUS students. This study amounted to 170 respondents using purposive sampling technique. Testing the data by doing classical assumption test, instrument test, multiple linear regression test and hypothesis testing with SPSS Version 23 analysis tool. The results of the study describe a positive and significant influence between financial literacy and financial management behavior in UDINUS students. Second result , there is a positive and significant relationship between financial attitudes and financial management behavior in UDINUS students. Third result is lifestyle does not have a positive effect on financial management behavior in UDINUS students. The last result is the social environment also have a positive and significantly effect on financial management behavior in UDINUS students. </em></p>

- Covid19 pandemic made many people lose their jobs, and many have no enough savings, so that they had to reduce their living standards. This should not happen if they did financial planning. The aim of this research to look for factors affecting interest in financial planning adoption by Millennials and Z generation. Exploratory investigation is used to identify the research problem, objectives, and framework. Quantitative approach, is used to process data from 100 respondents, using SmartPLS to test the proposed hypothesis. The result shows that level of financial planning literacy and benefit expectancy, had a significant effect on the adoption of financial planning, and on the positive attitude towards financial planning. In addition, Millennials and Z have high enough expectations that financial planning will provide well-being; and there is no mediation effect of Attitude Towards Financial Planning. As a conclusion, Millennials and Generation Z have not done adequate financial planning to ensure to meet their future living needs, such as the need to marry, have children, buy a house, continue their education, and emergency funds. Financial planning literacy and the expectation of the benefits are the factors that most influence the adoption of financial planning by millennials and Generation Z. UMKM merupakan salah satu pilar penting pada perekonomian di Indonesia, karena menyumbangkan PDB sebesar 61,07%. Jumlah UMKM di Indonesia saat ini mencapai 64,2 juta. Kontribusi penyerapan tenaga kerja sebanyak 97% dari total tenaga kerja yang ada dan mampu menghimoun 60,4% total investasi. UMKM tidak terlepas dari beberapa kendala salah satunya masih rendahnya akses pembiayaan oleh jasa keuangan. Rendahnya pembiayaan jasa keuangan disebabkan tidak adanya pelaporan keuangan pada bisnis UMKM. Pelaku UMKM masih mencampur keuangan usaha dengan pribadi, tidak ada pencatatan pendapatan, biaya serta penjualan. Hal yang juga dialami oleh pelaku UMKM di komunitas Aisyiyah Cabang Doro Kabupaten Pekalongan. Masih minimnya pengetahun tentang keuangan membuat tidak adanya pencatatan keuangan dalam usaha UMKM mereka. Pelatihan dan pendampingan literasi keuangan diharapkan akan mampu meningkatkan kemampuan, pemahaman dan literasi keuangan pemilik UMKM, mampu membuat laporan sederhana dalam pengelolaan usahanya sehingga mampu menjalankan usaha yang efektif dan efisien
