Pengaruh Latihan Half Squat Jump Dan Latihan Alternate Leg Bound Terhadap Kemampuan Lompat Tinggi Pada Rata-Rata Daya Ledak Yang Sama

Abstract: ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan pengaruh antara latihan half squat jump dan latihan alternate leg bound terhadap kemampuan lompat tinggi pada daya ledak yang sama siswa. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh siswa SMA Negeri 1 Parangloe Kabupaten Gowa. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 60 orang siswa yang dipilih secara cluster random sampling.
