Pengaruh Kompensasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Bagian Protokol, Komunikasi Dan Tata Usaha Pimpinan Di Sekretariat Daerah

Abstract: Penelitian yang dilakukan dalam penelitian berfokus pada pengaruh kompensasi (X) terhadap kinerja (Y) pegawai di bagian Protokol, Komunikasi, dan Tata Usaha Sekretariat Daerah Kota Sukabumi. Kompensasi dievaluasi dengan menggunakan Teori Rivai (2018:357), yang meliputi kompensasi finansial langsung, seperti gaji dan insentif, dan kompensasi tidak langsung, seperti tunjangan dan fasilitas.
