Pengaruh komitmen afektif, kepuasan kerja, kepemimpinan transformasional, dan pemberdayaan karyawan terhadap ocb karyawan

Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komitmen afektif, kepemimpinan transformasional, kepuasan kerja, dan pemberdayaan karyawan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan CV Mega Jaya Logam Klaten, teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh.
