Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kesejahteraan Psikologis pada Karyawan yang Mengalami Job Mismatch

Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis pada karyawan yang mengalami job mismatch. Penelitian ini melibatkan 70 partisipan yang bekerja tidak sesuai latar belakang pendidikan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner dengan skala kepuasan kerja dan kesejahteraan psikologis.
