The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work motivation and job satisfaction on work engagement among employee in PT. X, Pasuruan Jawa Timur. The population in this study were employees of PT. X, which has 236 employees. The sampling method used nonprobability sampling with convenience sampling technique, and obtained a sample of 216 employees or 91% of the total population. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire of work motivation, the job satisfaction questionnaire, and the work engagement questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis to test the hypothesis. The research results obtained show that work motivation and job satisfaction have a significant influence on work engagement (F= 47.724, p < 0.05). Furthermore, work motivation have a positive and significant influence on work engagement (β= 0.290, t= 3.148, p < 0.05), and job satisfaction have a positive and significant influence on work engagement (β= 0.252, t= 3.051, p < 0.05).
