“…The success of banking depends on employee job satisfaction; if employees are happy with their work, they will dedicate themselves to it. Based on the results of hypothesis testing by (Rosmaini & Tanjung, 2019), (Sabuhari et al, 2020), (Dewi & Frianto, 2020), (Harahap & Tirtayasa, 2020), (Fajri, Amelya, & Suworo, 2022), showed that job satisfaction improves employee performance.…”
Applying the principles of good corporate governance in general is very important in all companies, especially in the banking world. Good corporate governance principles make all stakeholders feel fairness, transparency, independence, accountability, and accountability. This study aims to analyse the effect of applying good corporate governance principles on job satisfaction and employee performance, as well as the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance. Public trust in state-owned banks is higher than in private banks. The researcher chose BNI as the research object because BNI is the only state-owned bank that operates full branches globally and is very good at implementing good corporate governance, as evidenced by obtaining a very trusted predicate based on the Corporate Governance Perception Index (CGPI) score. Specifically, the object of research is permanent employees of BNI Regional Office 15 located in East Jatinegara, Jakarta. This study used a survey by distributing questionnaires to 125 respondents. The research method uses SEM PLS. The results showed that applying good corporate governance principles positively affected job satisfaction and employee performance, but job satisfaction did not influence employee performance. The contribution of this research is expected to provide managerial implications for redesigning positions, promotions, salaries, or rewards for permanent employees to provide job satisfaction to employees.

“…The survey of respondents is conducted online using the google form facility distributed via applications Whatsapp, Telegram and Instagram so that the technique used to take samples in this research is purposive sampling technique because it is in accordance with certain considerations based on the objectives of this research. Fajri et al (2022) explain that the sample is part of the number and characteristics possessed by the population. This research in sampling uses non-probability sampling techniques.…”
The rise of the Indonesian economy after passing through the Covid-19 pandemic, Madiun city specialty food entrepreneurs have a competitive strategy to achieve customer satisfaction so that customer loyalty is maintained in the long term by improving business quality regularly and periodically. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of e-service quality and website quality on e-loyalty with e-satisfication as a mediating variable at the Cokro bluder company. The number of respondents in this study were 150 respondents who had experience shopping for bluder Cokro products online. The survey of respondents was conducted online using the google form facility so that the technique used to take samples in this study was purposive sampling technique because it was in accordance with certain considerations based on the objectives of this study. The data that has been obtained from respondents then goes through several test stages using the Smart PLS 3.0 program. Outer model there are several tests carried out such as validity test, reliability test and multicollinearity test while the inner model conducts Godness of Fit (Gof) test and hypothesis testing. The results of the analysis explain that e-service quality has a significant positive effect on e-loyalty, e-service quality has a significant positive effect on e-satisfication, website quality has a significant positive effect on e-loyalty, website quality has a significant positive effect on e-satisfication, e-satisfication also has a significant positive effect on e-loyalty so that e-satisfication successfully mediates the relationship between e-service quality and website quality on e-loyalty.
“…Jumlah pegawai faktor tersebut, merupakan atribut yang melekat dalam sebuah pelaksanaan tugas. Di lain pihak, disiplin merupakan atribut organisasi yang dihadirkan sebagai pedoman atau kendali atas perilaku kerja yang terukur (Fajri, et al, 2022). The purpose of this study was to determine the effect partially or simultaneously between Work Discipline and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at PT First Media Jakarta Selatan. The research method used is associative quantitative, using random sampling using the saturated sample method or using the entire population as a sample. This study uses calculations. Data analysis uses validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The result is that work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 2.184 + 0.939 X1 correlation coefficient of 0.776 meaning that the two variables have a very strong level of relationship. smaller than 0.05, it can be interpreted that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, so that it can be concluded that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a significant effect on work discipline with the regression equation Y = 6.210 + 0.856X2. correlation coefficient of 0.802 means that the two variables have a very strong level of relationship. The tcount value of the Organizational Culture variable is 5,323 greater than the ttable of 1.99962 with a significant level of 0 greater than 0.05, which means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. So that it can be concluded partially that Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Work Discipline and Job Satisfaction have a significant effect on Employee Performance with the regression equation Y = -2.085 + 0.505 X1 + 0.540X2. The value of the correlation coefficient or the level of influence between the independent variables and the dependent variable is 0.845, meaning that it has a very strong relationship. Fcount is 668.295 and a significance value is 0 while the Ftable value is at a significance level of 0.05 with df 1 (number of variables -1) 3-1 = 2, and df 2 (n-k-1) or = 63-2-1 = 0 obtained the F table value is 3.15. So it can be concluded that Fcount > Ftable (668.295 > 3.15) and significance <0.05 (0 <0.05), then Ha is accepted, so it can be concluded that work discipline and job satisfaction together affect performance Employee
