Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah, Supervisi Pendidikan dan Budaya Sekolah Terhadap Kinerja Guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri

Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, supervisi pendidikan dan budaya sekolah terhadap kinerja guru. Lokasi penelitian yaitu sekolah dasar negeri (SDN) di Kecamatan Kajoran Kabupaten Magelang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. 144 guru dipilih sebagai sampel penelitian dengan teknik area proportionate random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner.
