Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Dan Iklim Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pt. Jasajoe Putra Mandiri

Abstract: Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan dan iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja PT. Jasajoe Putra Mandiri. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian adalah data sekunder seperti kuisioner dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode analisis Uji Regresi Linear Sederhana, Uji Regresi Linear Berganda, Uji Korelasi (R), Uji t dan Uji f.
