Every activity of the companies has its own impact both for the companies and the surrounding environment. In this case, the companies are expected to be capable to properly implement corporate social responsibility to minimize the negative impact of their activities. This research was conducted to know the sustainability disclosures carried out by the companies on aspects of raw materials, biological diversity, wastewater, waste, as well as compliance with economic, social, and environmental aspects in accordance with the 2016 GRI Standards. This study applies a qualitative approach method with content analysis in which within its implementation is based on a statement according to certain criteria and is classified through keywords. The results of the study indicate that all observed companies have carried out disclosures based on the 2016 GRI Standards, although they are so undetailed and there are still several key words in aspects that have been unsubmitted by all the observed companies. The COVID-19 pandemic that has hit the world in general and Indonesia in particular has paralyzed the economies of all countries in the world, including Indonesia. The current conditions have paralyzed activities and activities, ranging from business, economics, education, and many others. Even in the COVID-19 pandemic, companies must still be able to improve their performance in order to survive. The industrial sectors that are expected to survive and thrive in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic are food, pharmaceuticals, hospitals, and information and communication technology (ICT). The purpose of this study is to identify the role of environmental performance, intellectual capital, and corporate social responsibility in increasing profitability and financial performance of Pharmaceutical Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2019 period. The research population is all pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange operating in Indonesia, totaling 9 companies with a measurement time of 3 years so that a sample of 27 is obtained. The data analysis method used is smart PLS analysis. The results showed that environmental performance had a positive and significant effect on profitability. Intellectual capital has no significant effect on profitability. Corporate social responsibility has a positive and significant effect on profitability. Environmental performance has no significant effect on financial performance. Intellectual capital has no significant effect on financial performance. Corporate social responsibility has a negative and significant effect on financial performance. The company's profitability has a negative and significant effect on financial performance.

Sustainability performance as measured through environmental, economic, and social performance, could be a competitive advantage for organizations amid the current tight business competition. Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) practices which consist of green purchasing, green manufacturing, green marketing, green distribution and packaging, internal environmental management, environmental education, and investment recovery, could be a way for organizations to obtain their sustainability performance. This study aims to examine the impact of GSCM on sustainability performance of natural-dyed batik SME in Yogyakarta Province. The data were collected using questionnaire and later obtained 39 respondents who were selected by using area sampling technique. The data were analyzed descriptively and quantitively using Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS 3.2.8 software. The results of the analysis show that green purchasing, green manufacturing, green marketing, internal environmental management, and environmental education affect SME’s environmental, economic, and social performance positively and significantly. On the other hand, green distribution and packaging as well as investment recovery do not have positive and significant impact on SME’s environmental, economic, and social performance. The conclusion of this study is that the adoption of GSCM practices does not affect the overall SME’s sustainability performance, yet affects individually.
