Coranavirus Disease 2019 (covid-19) kini telah dinyatakan sebagai pandemi. Hal ini berdampak pada seluruh sektor kehidupan manusia, salah satu yaitu pada sektor bidang pendidikan, mulai dari tingkat dasar hingga perguruan tinggi. Dalam dunia pendidikan salah satu kegiatan yang terkena dampak langsung yaitu kegiatan belajar mengajar yang sebelumnya melibatkan interaksi secara langsung antara guru dan murid kini berubah menjadi daring (dalam jaringan) guna memutus rantai penyebaran covid-19 dan melakukan pembatasan sosial. Dalam hal ini mengakibatkan sejumlah kegiatan pembelajaran di sekolah mengalami perubahan. Berbagai macam kegiatan dan pembelajaran di sekolah yang semula luring (luar jaringan) harus dirubah menjadi dalam jaringan (daring). Hal ini pastinya harus didukung dengan kreativitas dan inovasi teknologi pembelajaran yang menarik, dan memahamkan. Selain itu, beban kerja guru juga semakin berat diantaranya yaitu: pembelajaran masih terfokus pada penuntasan kurikulum, waktu mengajar berkurang, kemampuan guru yang terbatas dalam membuat modul yang menarik dan menyenangkan bagi siswa dan dituntut dengan segala inovasinya, jam bekerja yang lebih lama, media pembelajaran yang masih terbatas, belum lagi jika keterbatasan orang tua murid dalam mendampingi anak karena harus bekerja. Hal ini jika dilakukan berhari-hari dan dalam masa yang lama maka akan menimbulkan stress kerja yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja, tekanan psikologis dan kesehatan fisik pada guru. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu penelitian studi kasus dimana penelitian yang dilakukan memusatkan perhatian pada suatu kasus secara intensif dan mendetail. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dan disimpulkan hanya berlaku bagi guru kelas sekolah dasar secara khusus. Adapun hasilnya stress kerja yang terjadi pada guru SD pada masa pandemi karena bertambahnya beban kerja yang banyak. Sehingga mereka harus melakukan pemetakan tugas agar tidak mengalami stress dan burnout kerja.

Work stress is an emotional state that arises because of a mismatch between the workload and the individual's ability to cope with the work stress he or she faces. The stress experienced by teachers in carrying out their duties at school cannot be separated from the demands of professional duties as professional teachers, the work done must be maximal. This can be seen from the phenomenon found in the field against equivalent high school teachers in Kerinci Regency, based on an analysis of existing documents in 2019-2020, namely, there are still teachers who are late for attendance even though they have used electronic absences, and are late for teaching in class. There are also teachers who only give assignments to students in class, but the teacher remains in the office. Some teaching teachers do not use creative learning media to attract students' interest, but teach with lecture methods that seem monotonous, boring and not conducive. This study uses a quantitative approach with descriptive and comparative methods with a sample of 212 teachers selected usingthe Two Stage Cluster Random Sampling technique and data collection tools using a questionnaire with a Likert scale model about work stress on teachers. The results of the study revealed that teacher work stress was in the moderate category, and there is a significant difference in work stress by gender with a significance of 0.002, a significance of age 0.049, a significance of length of work 0.00, and a significance of employment status 0.038 with a negligible < 0.05. This research has implications as input for Counselors who operationally consult with school principals and jointly discuss services/activities that can help teachers to minimize stress levels experienced by teachers.

This study aims to analyze the effects of self-efficacy and social support on work stress for civil servant teachers in Elementary School in Pondok Kelapa Village. This study uses multiple linear regression models as the main analysis tool. This study used a sample of 81 civil servant teachers at Elementary School in Pondok Kelapa Village. The research instrument was a closed questionnaire using a Likert scale and was applied via a google form. Statistical calculations in this study were carried out using SPSS version 25. To test the hypothesis, it was carried out using the t-test and the F test. From the research that has been conducted, it has in several conclusions including 1) self-efficacy has a negative and significant effect on work stress for civil servant teachers at Elementary School in Pondok Kelapa Village, with a significance value of 0.000 (α <0.005); 2) Social support has a negative and significant effect on the work stress of civil servant teachers at Elementary School in Pondok Kelapa Village, with a significance value of 0.000 (α <0.005) and 3) Self-efficacy and social support have a significant effect on work stress for civil servant teachers at Elementary School in Pondok Kelapa Village with a significance value of 0.000 (α <0.005) and a coefficient of determination of 0.597 or 59.7%.
