Abstract:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh green product dan service quality terhadap purchase decision pada Fore Coffee di Jakarta Pusat. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 pelanggan Fore Coffee. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa green product dan service quality berpengaruh positif terhadap purchase decision.
