Pengaruh General Trust terhadap Perilaku Kooperatif dalam Penerapan Protokol Kesehatan

Abstract. The 3M health protocol was issued by the government, to overcome the spread of COVID-19 cases. It takes cooperative behavior from the whole community to implement the 3M health protocol, so that the COVID-19 pandemic ends quickly. One of the psychological variables that influence cooperative behavior is trust, where trust can be a capital for cooperative behavior. The purpose of this study is to see whether there is a significant effect between general trust on cooperative behavior, in the context of implementing health protocols during the covid-19 pandemic. This study uses the inclusive general trust scale, which has been adapted into Indonesian by Rosiana (2018), and the cooperative behavior measurement tool from the BPS survey (2020). The research subjects were 99 students of Polytechnic X in Bandung, where the data were processed using simple linear regression. The results showed that there was no significant positive effect between general trust on cooperative behavior in polytechnic students 'X' in the context of implementing health protocols during the covid-19 pandemic (Sig.= 0.710 > = 5% (0.05)).
 Abstrak. Protokol kesehatan 3M dikeluarkan oleh pemerintah, guna mengatasi penyebaran kasus covid-19. Dibutuhkan perilaku kooperatif dari seluruh masyarakat untuk menerapkan protokol kesehatan 3M, agar pandemi covid-19 cepat berakhir. Salah satu variabel psikologis yang mempengaruhi perilaku kooperatif adalah trust, dimana trust dapat menjadi modal akan perilaku kooperatif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat, apakah terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara general trust terhadap perilaku kooperatif, dalam konteks penerapan protokol kesehatan di masa pandemi covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat ukur inclusive general trust scale, yang sudah diadaptasi ke dalam Bahasa Indonesia oleh Rosiana (2018), dan alat ukur perilaku kooperatif dari survey BPS (2020). Subjek penelitian 99 mahasiswa politeknik X di Bandung, yang mana data diolah menggunakan regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan, antara general trust terhadap perilaku kooperatif pada mahasiswa politeknik ‘X’ dalam konteks penerapan protokol kesehatan di masa pandemi covid-19 (Sig.= 0,710 > α = 5 % (0,05)).
