Pengaruh Emotional Intelligence terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan pada PT. X

Abstract

Abstract. Many employees are still unable to control their emotions, the treatment they receive is not good. Employees feel burdened by the work that is too heavy. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of employee emotional intelligence on employee job satisfaction at PT X. Sampling in this study used a sampling technique and a saturated sample technique. This study uses a causal associative research method or type that uses a descriptive verification approach with a number of respondents as many as 31 employees of PT. X, using field research data collection techniques and library research. The statistical test used is the Simple Linear Regression Test. Then the results of this study can be concluded that emotional intelligence has no positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of employees of PT. X.For PT. Xmust increase Employee Job Satisfaction by paying more attention to employees.
 Abstrak. Banyak karyawan yang masih belum bisa mengendalikan emosinya, Perlakuan yang diterimanya kurang baik. Karyawan merasa terbebani oleh pekerjaannya yang terlalu berat. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengatahui pengaruh emotional intelligence karyawan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT X. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling dan teknik sampel jenuh. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode atau jenis penelitian Asosiatif Kausal yang menggunakan pendekatan Deskriptif Verifikatif dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 31 orang karyawan PT. X, menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data penelitian lapangan dan penelitian kepustakaan. Uji statistik yang digunakan yaitu Uji Regresi Linear Sederhana. Kemudian hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa Kecerdasan emosi tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan PT. X. Bagi PT. X harus meningkatkan Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan dengan lebih memperhatikan karyawan.
