Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja Dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru Pada SMK Swasta Jurusan Akuntansi Di Jakarta Timur

Abstract: Metode kuantitatif melalui deskriptif survey digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Populasi terjangkau dalam penelitian ini adalah guru jurusan akuntansi yang berjumlah 140 orang dan sampel guru berjumlah 100 orang. “Teknik sampling dalam penelitian ini menggunakan simple random sampling.
