Abstract:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah destination image, nilai pelanggan, dan kepuasan pelanggan mempunyai pengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah accidental sampling, dengan jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 80 Responden di Cafe Habbit Eatery Malang.
