Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Gaya Kepemimpinan, Dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Komitmen Organisasi

Abstract: The objective of this research is to study the  organizational culture,  leadership style, and job satisfaction influence on the deans organizational commitment by private university  in North Sumatera province.
