Pengaruh Budaya Kerja Dan Pembagian Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Aparat Di Kantor Desa Kelaten Kecamatan Penengahan Kabupaten Lampung Selatan

Abstract: Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis Budaya Kerja Dan Pembagian Kerja baik   secara parsial maupun  secara   simultan   Terhadap Kinerja Aparat Di Kantor Desa Kelaten Kecamatan Penengahan Kabupaten Lampung Selatan.
