PENGARUH BEBAN KERJA DAN KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN (Studi Kasus Pada Kantor PT. Tri Poda Parama)

Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja, dan kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 24 karyawan PT. Tri Poda Parama. Metode penarikan sampel adalah teknik sampling jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner.
