Abstract: Dalam Jasa pelayanan, attitude memegang peranan penting, begitu juga dengan beban kerja terutama segi kualitas pelayanan, penelitian ini berupaya mengukur pengaruh attitude dan beban kerja karyawan terhadap kualitas pelayanan di RSUD Balaraja Kabupaten Tangerang baik secara parsial maupun simultan.
