WhatsApp Business is an Android application that can be downloaded on Playstore to serve small business owners. This provides an opportunity for criminals to take advantage of the app’s features. These crimes can take the form of fraud, misdirection, and misuse of applications, so digital forensics is necessary because there has never been any research that has done this. This study aims to obtain digital evidence and is carried out on Android smartphones with the WhatsApp Business application installed with four scenarios tested. This study uses the NIST SP 800-101 Rev 1 guidelines with four stages: preservation, acquisition, inspection & analysis, and reporting. The forensic method used is static forensics using the MOBILedit forensic express forensic tools and SysTools SQLite Viewer. The results of this study in scenario 1, by not deleting, get a 100% percentage. Then, scenario 2, namely direct write-off, gets a percentage of 71%. Furthermore, scenario 3, namely uninstalling the application, does not get digital evidence, and scenario 4, namely deleting data through the application manager, also does not get any evidence. The contribution of this research is expected to be a reference in uncovering cases in the WhatsApp Business application with digital forensics.

A browser is software used to access web pages to obtain clear and readable information. Information resources are identified by a Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) and can be web pages, images, videos, or other content. When a browser user engages in online activities, they usually leave traces on the device such as history, cookies, cache files, and even emails and passwords. Such traces can usually help users access a website or input something, such as emails and passwords. The purpose of this research is to obtain digital evidence in the form of a cache on the hard disk in the Librewolf and Qutebrowser browsers. In this study, researchers used the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) 800-86 method which consists of four stages, namely collection, examination, analysis, and reporting. which focuses on the Qutebrowser and LibreWolf browsers. The results obtained from this study were found to be 21 caches, 2 Sessions, 6 Cookies, 8 Network Persistent State, 9 QuotaManager, 11 IndexedDB, 24 LevelDB, 48 Cache Storage, 14 Favicons, 3 History, 6 Database, 3 StartupCache, 4 Alternate Services, 6 Content-Pref, Notification amounted to 1, Permission amounted to 7, Service Worker amounted to 6, SiteSecuristyServiceState amounted to 7, Webappstore amounted to 8, Sessionstore-Backups amounted to 5, Storage amounted to 47 NIST 800-86 method can be properly used in the acquisition of digital evidence and the most crucial data obtained in the Librewolf browser on the telegram and whatsapp sites.

The development of technology in the world of mobile devices is growing. However, these developments have a detrimental impact, one of which is cybercrime. Cybercrime is a crime that uses information technology. One of the smart phone technologies which includes cases of cybercrime that are often found in Indonesia include online prostitution of minors. This is done by utilizing social media, namely Michat as a medium of communication. The “chat with nearby users” feature by uploading a status that can be connected to the surrounding area within a certain radius and after being connected, the actor and his potential customer will negotiate and transact with each other until they finally meet. To eliminate digital evidence in the form of conversations in messages, usually perpetrators will delete the history of messages that produce data that can be used as evidence and perpetrators who can avoid legal traps, which are ultimately online. prostitution will be rampant. For online prostitution activities, it is necessary to carry out mobile forensics to find evidence which is then useful to be given to the authorities. This research uses the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) method.
