Alumni are graduates from a school, academy, high school, college, or university. Alumni are one of the important assets that must be embraced, coordinated, and developed as early as possible. The existence of alumni is very influential in improving the quality of an institution. So far, the Information Systems Study Program of UIN North Sumatra has not provided a means that can be used to collect data and track tracer study alumni so that the Information System of UIN North Sumatra has difficulties and obstacles in collecting and tracking data. tracer study alumni. The purpose of this research is to build an android-based application that can be used by alumni in filling out tracer study data online and can also assist the study program in tracking tracer study alumni easily and quickly through an android smartphone. The application development method used in this study is the Extreme Programming (XP) method which consists of planning, design, coding, and testing stages. In making a visual design of the application to be built, the author uses UML (Unified Modeling Language) tools consisting of use case diagrams, sequence diagrams, activity diagrams, and class diagrams. The application is built using the Kodular framework and the Airtable database. With this application, it is hoped that it will make it easier for alumni to fill in data and help the information system study program track alumni data easily and quickly through an Android smartphone.

The Regional Drinking Water Company (abbreviated as PDAM in Indonesian) Tirta Yapono strives to provide the best service for its customers by providing access to information and complaints for the general public. However, currently the provision of information about company programs uses the company's web portal. This is considered insufficient, because the web portal is static or only provides information without interaction with its users. Apart from that, for public complaints, only provide telephone numbers and email complaints. This system causes slow handling of complaints due to the accumulation of incoming complaints via telephone or email. For this reason, a website-based system is needed that can provide services to the community dynamically and the public can submit complaints directly and can communicate with related officers through the website. This study aims to develop a website-based customer service and complaint system using the Extreme Programming (XP) system development method, so that users can interact directly so that information and resolution of complaints can be handled immediately. The XP method is a method for developing an agile development system that is capable of producing a short system and is proven by short development results. The developed customer service and complaint information system can manage new installations, customer complaints, announcements and customer chats. The resulting application is in the good category, because based on usability testing it shows an average value of 90% in the good category, so the application is feasible to use and as needed.

The process of filing a letter is usually done by recording it in an archive book, then the letter is stored in a place or filing cabinet that has been provided. This is considered not optimal, in providing correspondence services that are needed by the community. Due to the limited staff working in the village office, the process takes a long time. This research discussed how to create and design digital archive applications and correspondence starting from data collection methods (interviews, observations and documentation) using extreme programming development methods, system design using UML with Use case Diagram design model, and CRC Card. TRITAM model test results that have been conducted involving 16 respondents showed results of 82.56% with good criteria. From the results of these tests showed good results for prototype users for the mail filing system.
