Fish feeding is one of the most important things for the fish farming business in ponds and aquariums. Currently, feeding generally still depends on manual human resources. Therefore, a tool is designed to provide fish feed that can work automatically based on time and schedule. Ornamental Fish Feeder. In Automatic Aquarium is an intelligent system that aims to facilitate feeding so that when fish keepers have a fairly dense activity and find it difficult when going to leave the house for a long time, the fish will remain awake in the process of feeding. The system designed has 5 hardware parts, namely microcontrollers using RTC (Real Time Clock) time parameters, Arduino as a process, DC motor (Direct Current) as output condition and LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) as user interface and monitoring, Desktop 9v as a voltage source. By using the components of the tool above and some software that supports the running of the tool, the automatic feeding of fish can work according to a schedule that can be set automatically. Scheduling fish feed is given at 13.30-13.35; the Servo Motor will dispense fish feed 2 times using 3 grams of pellets. Pemberian pakan ikan merupakan salah hal yang sangat penting untuk usaha budidaya ikan di kolam dan aquarium. Saat ini pemberian pakan umumnya masih tergantung pada sumber daya manusia yang bersifat manual, oleh karena itu dirancang alat untuk memberikan pakan ikan yang dapat bekerja secara otomatis berdasarkan waktu dan jadwal. Pemberi Pakan Ikan Hias Di Aquarium Secara Otomatis merupakan sistem cerdas yang bertujuan untuk mempermudah dalam pemberian pakannya, sehingga ketika pemelihara ikan memiliki kesibukan yang cukup padat dan merasa kesulitan ketika akan pergi meninggalkan rumah dalam waktu yang cukup lama, maka ikan akan tetap terjaga dalam proses pemberian pakannya.sistem yang dirancang ada 5 bagian hardware yaitu mikrokontroler menggunakan parameter waktu RTC (Real Time Clock), arduino sebagai proses, motor DC (Direct Current) sebagai kondisi output dan LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) sebagai user interface dan monitoring, Desktop 9v sebagai sumber tegangan. Dengan menggunakan komponen-komponen alat diatas serta beberapa software yang mendukung berjalannya alat, maka pemberian pakan ikan secara otomatis dapat bekerja sesuai dengan penjadwalan yang bisa diatur dengan secara otomatis. Penjadwalan pakan ikan di berikan waktu jam 13.30-13.35, Motor Servo akan mengeluarkan 2 kali pakan ikan dengan menggunakan 3 gram pellet.

The Central Bureau of Statistics is a government agency that serves the public in providing accurate statistical data. Central Bureau of Statistics Every year the Central Bureau of Statistics accepts new partners. Partners who do data processing that has been done on data in the field. In this case, the acceptance of new partner candidates is quite often held to carry out survey and population census activities. The partner acceptance process is less effective because it still uses the manual method, namely the approach between existing partners. So we need a decision support system that can help election performance to be more effective. The basic concept of the Simple Addictive Weighting method is to find a weighted sum of performance ratings for each alternative on all criteria or attributes. The purpose of this research is to build and design a data processing application for prospective new partners at the Central Bureau of Statistics of the Asahan district to get an assessment according to the specified criteria. The results of the research conducted produced the best alternative decision, namely Ruslan Efendi with a score of 0.975 and Yenni Yulistina with a value of 0.95. based on these results can assist the Central Bureau of Statistics in determining the assessment of potential new partners so that they can provide a reference in decision making. In accordance with the criteria required by the Central Bureau of Statistics. Keywords: decision support support system; simple addictive weighting; prospective partners; information systems. Abstrak: Badan Pusat Statistik merupakan salah satu instansi pemerintah yang melayani masyarakat dalam menyediakan data statistik yang akurat. Badan Pusat Statistik Setiap tahunnya Badan Pusat Statistik menerima mitra baru. Mitra yang melakukan pengolahan data yang sudah dilakukan pada data dilapangan.. Dalam hal ini, penerimaan calon mitra baru cukup sering diadakan untuk menjalankan kegiatan survei dan sensus penduduk. Proses penerimaan mitra ini kurang efektif karena masih menggunakan cara manual, yaitu dan pendekatan antara mitra yang sudah ada sebelumnya. Sehingga dibutuhkan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan yang dapat membantu kinerja pemilihan menjadi lebih efektif. Konsep dasar dari metode Simple Addictive Weighting mencari penjumlahan terbobot dari rating kinerja untuk setiap alternative pada semua kriteria atau atribut. Tujuan penelitian ini dapat membangun dan merancang sebuah aplikasi pengolahan data calon mitra baru di Badan Pusat Statistik kabupaten Asahan yang tepat untuk mendapatkan penilaian yang sesuai dengan kriteria yang ditentukan. Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan menghasilkan sebuah keputusan alternatif terbaik yaitu Ruslan efendi dengan nilai 0.975 serta Yenni Yulistina dengan nilai 0.95. berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat membantu pihak Badan Pusat Statistik dalam menentukan penilaian calon mitra baru sehingga dapat memberikan acuan dalam pengambilan keputusan. The problem of poverty remains the biggest problem to date. The government, as the responsible for this problem, always tries its best to solve this problem. One of the solutions that the government has provided in this regard is to launch social programs such as the Raskin program. Raskin as a program has many benefits such as food security and social protection for poor households. This research attempts to support the government in this program, by developing a program to determine the right target of Raskin beneficiaries. This program is built on a web base by adopting a decision support system using the electre method. This method is a multi-criteria method based on ranking. Based on the results of calculations using this program, it is concluded that the best alternatives are Dea, Fadil and Fitri
