The study aimed to analyze how students evaluate the comic application as a learning medium, how to design a comic application product as a literacy medium for students in studying Islamic teachings. The study was carried out in two stages, first; the quantitative method by conducting surveys, second; the prototype method by making application products. The data in the first stage was taken through a questionnaire to 108 samples from 500 populations in several schools in Medan. The second stage was the creating of comic application product design by identifying problems, analyzing user needs, designing products according to user needs, making products that have been planned, and validating to the experts. The results of the first stage showed that 46% of respondents liked comics as a literacy medium, 12% did not like them, and 36% were neutral. Furthermore, the comic product design that had been made has received a very good assessment from the experts, but it needs to be tested on users first. There are many facilities that can be used as a medium for learning Islam, the availability of comic applications is one alternative that can be used especially for students in elementary schools.

Pesatnya kemajuan teknologi informasi saat ini mendorong perusahaan-perusahaan agar selalu beradaptasi dengan perkembangan teknologi. Berkaitan dengan hal tersebut perusahaan PT. Macakal Pangan Sejahtera pengelolaan pada proses bisnis masih dilakukan secara manual. Tujuan dari riset ini adalah untuk merancang sebuah sistem informasi berbasis website yang dapat memudahkan pengguna untuk melakukan pendaftaran menjadi agen, merapihkan data agen yang telah terdaftar dan melakukan transaksi order produk oleh agen akan lebih tertata dan dapat membuat laporan order secara mudah dan efisien. Metode yang diaplikasikan menggunakan metode prototype. Hasil riset telah diusulkan perancangan sistem informasi pendaftaran agen dan order produk di PT. Macakal Pangan Sejahtera sebagai solusi dari pemecahan masalah. Sebagai evaluasi dilakukan pengujian antarmuka pada halaman admin, pendaftaran dan halaman agen. hasil uji memiliki nilai sukses 100%. Hasil riset menyimpulkan dengan diusulkannya perancangan sistem informasi pendaftaran agen dan order produk berbasis website, perusahaan dapat melakukan pengembangan pada proses bisnis lebih cepat dan efisien.

The government is working to reduce the prevalence of chronic diseases and prevent people with chronic diseases from entering the complication stage. One form of effort in this regard is through the chronic disease management program (Prolanis). So that the participants do not know the types of activities and schedules of Prolanis activities so that participants do not take advantage of them. The purpose of this study was to examine the implementation of the online prolanis service management information system application (SIMPELPRO) at the Semarang City Public Health Center, a case study at the Padangsari Public Health Center. This research method is descriptive, with primary data sources from interviews, documentation studies and literature. System design using the prototype method. Prototypes were made and evaluated, and continued to the implementation stage. The result of this study Has been developed using SIMPELPRO web based application for service management of Prolanis activities. The focus of the application in this research is still on the presentation of the health education materials. The development uses the prototype method with UML as a design tool. The application has received positives feedbacks from Prolanis participants, Although some participants have complainedabout limited access to smartphones and the need for assistance for elderly participants.
