Penerapan Kebijakan Komutasi Pidana Mati Pada RKUHP Dalam Perspektif Hukum Dan Hak Asasi Manusia

Abstract: Pidana mati selalu menjadi perdebatan di kalangan ahli. Kelompok pro berpendapat jika tidak ada pelanggaran hak asasi. Sedangkan, kelompok kontra berpendapat jika pidana mati selain melanggar hak asasi juga melanggar konstitusi.
