This research aims to implement fuzzy logic in determining the level of recommendation for folic acid supplements based on the input of the amount of vegetable and fruit consumption and folic acid content. The output of the developed system is in the form of recommendation level with categories of "not recommended", "less recommended", and "recommended". This research data was obtained based on literature studies and through observation of samples of supplements containing folic acid in several related pharmacies. This research method includes direct calculations and the use of MATLAB. The results show that in the example case with the amount of vegetable and fruit consumption of 550 with a folic acid content of 175 can produce an output value of 400 which puts the recommendation level based on dosage in the "not recommended" position. This result has been verified both through direct calculation and the use of MATLAB software. Studies have concluded that the application of using of fuzzy logic can help in providing supplement levels. This contributes to considerate of decision-making in the community, especially in pregnant women, which can help determine the supplements consumed so that the fulfillment of daily consumption of folic acid content can be met.

Perindustrian di Indonesia terus berkembang dalam bidang produksi. Produksi yang dihasilkan harus diimbangi dengan sumber daya yang mendukung, baik manusia maupun berasal dari alam. Hal ini mengharuskan perusahaan untuk menentukan jumlah produksi agar memenuhi permintaan pasar dengan tepat waktu dan jumlah yang sesuai. Maka produksi batu pecah penting untuk diperhatikan pada PT. Abdi Sarana Nusa untuk mendapatkan produksi yang optimal. Pada penelitian ini produksi adalah permasalahan yang dihadapi PT. Abdi Sarana Nusa yang berlokasi di Kabupaten SBT. Logika fuzzy secara umum dapat digunakan untuk menentukan jumlah produksi. Terdapat tiga metode yang dapat digunakan yaitu metode fuzzy Mamdani, Sugeno dan Tsukamoto. Berdasarkan data penelitian pada PT. Abdi Sarana Nusa berupa data permintaan, persediaan dan produksi dari bulan Januari 2021 sampai Desember 2022. Maka diperoleh hasil penelitian berupa hasil produksi dengan menggunakan perbandingan MAPE dari ketiga metode, diperoleh persentase error dari metode Mamdani 28,34% tingkat kebenarannya 71,66%, dan metode Sugeno 28,98% tingkat kebenarannya 71,02%, serta metode Tsukamoto 23,02% tingkat kebenarannya 76,98%, yang berarti kemampuan model peramalan layak (cukup baik). Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode Tsukamoto lebih baik karena persentase error yang didapat lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan metode Mamdani dan Sugeno, untuk perencanaan produksi yang lebih baik pada PT. Abdi Sarana Nusa.

The Markov Weighted Fuzzy Time Series (MWFTS) is a method for making predictions based on developing a fuzzy time series (FTS) algorithm. The MWTS has overcome certain limitations of FTS, such as repetition of fuzzy logic relationships and weight considerations of fuzzy logic relationships. The main challenge of the MWFTS method is the absence of standardized rules for determining partition intervals. This study compares the MWFTS model to the partition methods Genetic Algorithm-Fuzzy K-Medoids clustering (GA-FKM) and Fuzzy K-Medoids clustering-Particle Swarm Optimization (FKM-PSO) to solve the problem of determining the partition interval and develop an algorithm. Optimal partition optimization. The GA optimization algorithm’s performance on GA-FKM depends on optimizing the clustering of FKM to obtain the most significant partition interval. Implementing the PSO optimization algorithm on FKM-PSO involves maximizing the interval length following the FKM procedure. The proposed method was applied to Anand Vihar, India’s air quality data. The MWFTS method combined with the GA-FKM partitioning method reduced the mean absolute square error (MAPE) from 17.440 to 16.85%. While the results of forecasting using the MWFTS method in conjunction with the FKM-PSO partition method were able to reduce the MAPE percentage from 9.78% to 7.58%, the MAPE percentage was still 9.78%. Initially, the root mean square error (RMSE) score for the GA-FKM partitioning technique was 48,179 to 47,01.
