Prayer is the second pillar of Islam and it is emphasized after the two sentences of syahadat. It has been said that it's as perfect and as good as worship. Prayer is one of the obligations for Muslims and must be done both for Mukimin and Musafir. The virtue of prayer in the mosque is the same as the value of 20 degrees of reward compared to prayer elsewhere. With the traffic jam phenomenon that is increasing due to heavy traffic. For someone who is traveling home in the afternoon before maghrib, some people are always confused to do Maghrib prayer because of the lack of information about the nearest mosque. The problem can be solved by finding the shortest path is a problem to find the minimum route from the starting point to the destination point with the shortest route. This research was made to design an application that provides direction to the nearest mosque in the area of Larangan, Tangerang city. In the making of this system to find the shortest path can be solved using the haversine formula and using the java programming language, where java is used to build applications while the database used is the MySQL database and the use of Google Maps API in determining the route.

Transportasi pasien antar rumah sakit membutuhkan jalur tercepat, rute terpendek merupakan salah satu opsi terbaik. Pencarian jalur terpendek merupakan proses pencarian menuju simpul tujuan dengan bobot seoptimal mungkin, bobot yang digunakan berupa jarak tempuh. Jarak didapat dari proses perhitungan menggunakan rumus Haversine.Algoritma Floyd-Warshall dan A*(star) merupakan algoritma pencarian yang dapat digunakan untuk mencari jalur terpendek.Dari perhitungan menggunakan algoritma Floyd-Warshall didapat jarak dan simpulantar rumah sakit Samarinda Medika Citra menuju rumah sakit umum daerah Abdul Wahab Sjahranie melalui 12 simpul dengan jarak heuristik 2,987 kilometer, dan dari rumah sakit Dirgahayu menuju rumah sakit umum daerah Abdul Wahab Sjahranie melalui 11 simpul dengan jarak heuristik 3,764 kilometer. Hasil menggunakan algoritma A*(star)diperoleh jarak heuristik 4,733 kilometer dari rumah sakit Samarinda Medika Citra menuju rumah sakit umum daerah Abdul Wahab Sjahranie melalui 15 simpul, dan dari rumah sakit Dirgahayu menuju rumah sakit umum daerah Abdul Wahab Sjahranie melalui 18 simpul dengan jarak heuristik 10,607 kilometer

Haversine formula-based GIS has been created to find closest location to referral hospital handling COVID-19 in Semarang City. The objectives of this study were (1) to determine closest distance and compare the results with the calculation of Find Nearest Tool and Google Maps and (2) to design GIS. It was done through (i) primary and secondary data creation and processing, (ii) accuracy measurement using Haversine formula. GIS is built after the calculation results are obtained. Calculation of the distance from user’s starting point to referral hospital can be generated using Haversine formula. Comparison of measurement results between Haversine formula-based GIS and Find Nearest Tool, the average differences is 13 meters, the smallest difference is 3 meters and the largest difference is 40 meters. The differences between the calculation results of Haversine formula and Google Maps, the smallest difference is 0 meters, the largest difference is 5 meters, and the average differences is 3 meters. GIS creation obtained through designing use case, activity, class diagram, and user interface. The conclusion is Haversine formula-based GIS can be used as "Geographic Information System for the Search of Referral Hospital Handling COVID-19 in Semarang City" based on the closest distance from user's location.
