This article is a study of the institutional governance of farmers in Bukit Batu District, Bengkalis Regency using the concept of Society 5.0 and the governance paradigm for analysis in peat area studies. This study aims to determine the form of institutional governance of smallholder agriculture in peat areas and determine the truth of the influence of community economic management and development indicators on Society 5.0, which results from empirical studies in the field. This study uses the mixed methods method, which combines quantitative and qualitative data analysis to measure the truth of information. The results of the study illustrate that the question study first finds existing forms of institutional governance walk, however still passive; this is caused by constraints of knowledge management plant horticulture in the region peat, utilization process nutrients, and management techniques group sustainable farming in aspect regulation government and empowerment company around through CSR; on the question, it has been furthermore found that management variables and community economic development have a positive influence on Society 5.0. This study uses quantitative analysis and calculation results from the SPSS analysis test to support this conclusion. From this study, it formulated recommendation from the synergy between economic development and management of peat areas to socio-economic and environmental impacts that must be considered by interested stakeholders, as well as maximizing function technology in making it easy to manage horticulture plants in peat areas as a form of Society 5.0 to minimize behind.

This study aims to discuss the establishment of digital culture in higher education as an effort of higher education to align themselves with the development of science and technology so that that higher education is always at the forefront in the enforcement and provide high-quality education. The method used in this study is a qualitative method, which analyzes the causal relationship between the dimensions studied. Observation and literature review used as the main source of data/ information analyzed in this study. The analysis results showed that social engineering is an effective medium of modifying values, subjective norms, and rules for the creation of digital culture. The implication of this research shows that social engineering is an important activity that must be scheduled periodically by higher education as a medium for strengthening organizational culture to increase the capacity of human resources.

The younger generation can be competent in contributing to maintaining the continuity and quality of water resources; therefore, it is prioritized that they have an understanding of the basic concepts of integrated water resources management. This service activity collaborates with the Al-Mabrur Mosque madrasah and the Baleendah Permai Complex community to carry out integrated water resources management (PSDAT) outreach activities. This activity aims to instill basic concepts of PSDAT knowledge in madrasah children so that they will be ready to contribute to implementing PSDAT in their surrounding environment. This PSDAT integrated water resources management outreach activity uses the outreach method. The outreach media used is audio-visual media in the form of animated videos. The participants in this PSDAT educational activity were Al-Mabrur Mosque madrasah children who were still in elementary school. Counseling participants began to understand the knowledge and examples of activities regarding integrated water resources management. Participants were very enthusiastic about implementing the knowledge they had gained in the Baleendah Complex environment.
