Abstract:: Pemphigus is a chronic autoimmune vesiculobullous disease caused by autoantibodies directed against desmogleins (Dsgs). Pemphigus vegetans is a rare variant of pemphigus vulgaris, characterized by vegetative plaques, primarily occurring in flexures.
