Dairy cows are very important producers of animal protein. Milk as a source of nutrition in the form of animal protein is very beneficial. This study aims to determine the post-harvest process of Friesien Holsein's cow's milk in a susu abadi company in Tegal Regency. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. The sampling method for this research was purposive sampling method. Data collection methods used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The milking process in susu abadi companies is carried out twice a day, namely at 05.00 WIB and second at 15.00 WIB. After the milking process goes through the filtering stage, the resulting milk is filtered. a strainer made of cotton or a clean white cloth. In susu abadi company, large quantities of freshly milked fresh milk should be immediately cooled from 37⁰C to 4⁰C in order to maintain the milk temperature during 4⁰C storage. Volume of milk heated at a temperature of 62-65⁰C for 30-60 minutes. After the pasteurization process, the milk is put into a container and the milk is packed in a plastic bag with a volume of 1 liter. There are two products produced in susu abadi companies, namely fresh milk and pasteurized milk. The development of the marketplace is growing very rapidly and has become familiar in the lives of Indonesian people. The term marketplace has also been imprinted in the general public as a place for buying and selling online without having to meet physically. In practice, the marketplace has also provided a lot of convenience and comfort in shopping, starting from transaction security and selection of varied shopping items, also equipped with estimates in shipping. It doesn't stop there; the development of the marketplace has also penetrated almost all products, including services, food, music, books, household products, airline tickets, and even investments that can be made in the marketplace. Google Lighthouse is a complex metric where the assessment includes in terms of Performance, Accessibility, Best Practices, and SEO, which is presented with a score of 0 to 100 in other words, Google will assess a website with a predetermined metric and then audit it to improve accessibility and SEO. a website. The results of this study are expected to be able to present actual analytical information based on the matrix determined by Google Lighthouse for future improvements where the Tokopedia marketplace gets a performance value with a yellow score of 85, which can be optimized by minimizing the speed index 3.7s, time to interactive 5.9s and total blocking time is 390s to be more optimal in terms of performance and Shopee has decreased in performance with a value of 13 red on first contently paint 2.8s, speed index 16.8s, time to interactive 26.5s, largest contently paint 16.3s, cumulative layout shift 0.484 and total blocking time of 1,710ms to be further assessed for optimal results. Based on this test, it can be concluded that Tokopedia is superior to Shopee from various aspects of the matrix tested.

<p> Web analytics can raise online sales. Businesspeople take advantage provided by the Google platform named Google My Business to promote their products online. As part of the implementation of Community Service, a workshop was held in collaboration with SMK Negeri 5 Pontianak on the use of web analytics and Google My Business. The participants took part were 30 students of the Culinary Art Department. This workshop was seized to increase students’ knowledge and skills in using web analytics tools and Google My Business so that they who were already in business be able to utilize these skills on online selling. Web analytics -including the two most popular tools used by businesses, namely Ubersuggest and Google Trends- were introduced. During the introduction of Google My Business, students directly practiced the online registration and feature introduction. A questionnaire was used to find out the attainment of knowledge. The results showed an increase in students’ knowledge in the important terms of Ubersuggest, Google Trends, and Google My Business. Moreover, students are expecting to develop their learning in using web analytics and Google My Business after practicing what has been learned in this workshop. Supposing they run digital marketing, this knowledge is worth accelerating sales performance, as well as escalating visitor traffic of the student’s fan page. </p>
