Pemberdayaan Guru Non Pns: Kebijakan Responsif Madrasah Negeri Di Kalimantan Timur

Abstract: Guru  non-PNS  sejatinya  mendapat  pemberdayaan  yang  sama  dengan  guru PNS,  karena  perekrutan  guru  non-PNS  dibutuhkan  untuk  menanggulangi kekurangan guru PNS. Penelitian deskriptif kualitatif ini mengungkap realitas pemberdayaan guru non-PNS dalam tiga aspek, yaitu pembentukan iklim kerja, peningkatan kompetensi, dan  jaminan kesejahteraan.
