This study aims to explore the implementation of Project Based learning (PBL) method in developing cognitive abilities of children aged 5-6 years through loose parts media. The research used a descriptive qualitative approach with a focus on observing the implementation of learning activities at 'Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 3 Kindergarten, Southeast Pontianak. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, and document analysis. The results showed that the PBL method applied through loose parts media was effective in developing cognitive abilities of children aged 5-6 years. Careful planning, the active role of teachers in supporting activities, and the use of interesting media are important factors in the successful implementation of this method. In addition, the results also showed that children showed progress in problem solving, logical thinking and symbolic thinking through active participation in learning activities. The findings make an important contribution to the understanding of the use of the PBL method and loose parts media in the context of early childhood education and provide practical guidance for educators to improve the quality of learning in early childhood education institutions.

This research aims to describe and analyze teacher personality in shaping student character at school. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type in an elementary school. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are carried out by condensing, presenting, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that teachers teachers have personality competencies and pedagogical competencies that encourage better learning. Teachers have attempted character development by integrating noble character values during school. This effort goes through four stages: attentional, retention, motor reproduction, and motivational. Suppose teachers can be good role models while at school, students will gradually be able to pay attention and become motivated by their actions. This will present student impulses that work below the level of consciousness to demonstrate the virtues modeled by the teacher. This is as explained in social learning theory by Albert Bandura.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi peran bergotong royong dalam meningkatkan keharmonisan siswa di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Muhammadiyah Plus Mojokerto. Dengan mengadopsi pendekatan penelitian kualitatif jenis studi kasus, kami mengumpulkan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen selama periode penelitian enam bulan. Hasil utama penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa bergotong royong memiliki peran yang signifikan dalam menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang harmonis. Aktivitas bergotong royong, seperti membersihkan lingkungan sekolah dan berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan sosial bersama, secara positif mempengaruhi interaksi sosial siswa. Nilai-nilai Islam yang diajarkan dalam konteks aktivitas bergotong royong juga berkontribusi dalam membentuk karakter siswa yang harmonis. Selain itu, faktor-faktor pendukung, seperti keterlibatan staf sekolah dan dukungan orang tua, memperkuat peran bergotong royong dalam meningkatkan keharmonisan. Hubungan antara keharmonisan siswa dan kinerja akademik juga ditemukan dalam penelitian ini. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa pendekatan pendidikan berbasis agama dengan memasukkan peran bergotong royong dalam kurikulum dapat efektif dalam mempromosikan keharmonisan siswa di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Muhammadiyah Plus Mojokerto serta institusi serupa. Implikasi teoritis dan praktis dari penelitian ini mendorong pengembangan karakter siswa yang lebih holistik dan kuat.
