School closures during the COVID-19 pandemic impact children 's development, both physical, cognitive, psychosocial, mental health, and others. The research aims to develop a project based learning at home learning program: teacher-parent collaboration for children's learning during the new normal. This research uses development research (R&D). The subjects in this study were TK/RA group B children. To test the feasibility of the project learning at home learning program based on the results of the assessment by learning design experts, material experts, media experts, linguists and teachers and TK/RA group B children as test subjects try. Collecting data using interview, observation, documentation and questionnaire guidelines. The results showed that the project learning at home program through a series of trials and expert validation was workable. This study recommends that the project learning at home program: teacher-parent collaboration for children's learning can be an example of programs in other TK/RA.
