Pelvic Venous Dilatation Mimicking an Adnexal Mass in a Postmenopausal Woman

Abstract: With the increasing use of expectant or laparoscopic management of cystic adnexal masses in postmenopausal women, adequate preoperative evaluation and assessment of malignant potential assume a critical role.
