Pelvic Reduction Frame Facilitating Percutaneous Fixation to Pelvic Fractures

Abstract: This article is a retrospective report of the outcome of 43 unilateral unstable, vertically displaced pelvic ring injuries using a reduction frame which is attached to the OR table, along with special instruments allowing “unlocking” of the fracture to facilitate reduction.
