Pelvic Lipomatosis: Bladder Sparing Extirpation of Pelvic Mass with Ureteral Reimplantation

Abstract: Background Pelvic lipomatosis is a proliferative disease characterised by excessive fat growth in retroperitoneal space leading to inadequate bladder drainage and ureteral compression.
