Pelvic exenterative procedures for locally advanced or recurrent colorectal carcinoma in a community hospital

Abstract: Pelvic exenterative procedures can be offered to patients with bulky or recurrent colorectal carcinomas with adequate results and satisfactory palliation, even in a community setting.
