Abstract:Pelvic congestion syndrome (PCS) is an overlooked condition affecting millions of women worldwide with chronic pelvic pain. Nutcracker syndrome (NCS) is an uncommon cause of PCS, which develops due to compression of the left renal vein, resulting in pelvic venous hypertension.
