Abstract: Reversible cerebral vasoconstriction syndrome (RCVS) is a rare post-organ transplantation complication. While uncommon, complications of post-transplant RCVS can be devastating, with sequelae including ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke and potential significant neurological morbidity.
