Abstract:Background: Spontaneous intracranial haemorrhage (SICH) on paediatrics is a rare condition which usually doesn’t present specific sign and symptoms. Therefore, quick diagnosis followed by appropriate initial treatment is necessary to reduce morbidity and mortality rate.
