Learning is a process of interaction between students and educators and learning resources in a learning environment. PJOK is a place to determine and look for talent in students. Students can determine which sports are mastered. This study used a questionnaire instrument which was then processed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). This study aims to determine the factors that cause burnout and which factors are most dominant in student-athletes at SMA Negeri 15 Surabaya. The research sample was made to fulfil the thesis namely student-athletes at SMA Negeri 15 Surabaya as many as 66 respondents using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of analysis and research conducted, social support does not affect burnout, motivation has a significant effect on burnout, reward does not affect burnout, and fatigue has a significant effect on burnout. Based on the results of the F test of social support, motivation, and rewards. and fatigue simultaneously has a significant effect on burnout. Based on the results of the regression test of social support, motivation, and reward. and fatigue to burnout. Motivation has a regression coefficient value that stays away from the number 0, this means that the variables that have the most dominant influence are social support, motivation, and rewards. and burnout are motivational variables.

The parent is the most critical link and decision-maker between the patient and the healthcare provider in treating many pediatric diseases. This entity is essential for the management of pediatric breast diseases for which the rate of surgical intervention is known to be very low. Although previous publications have emphasized that pediatric breast diseases may cause alarming anxiety in parents, the demographic factors that influence this anxiety have not been investigated. Even if practitioners complete patient management with appropriate procedures, treatment is incomplete if the questions remain unanswered. In this observational prospective study, we investigated the demographic factors that affect parental anxiety, which should be prioritized to prevent incomplete management. The Beck Anxiety Inventory score (BAS) created by the parents of 409 boys and girls aged 0 to 17 with breast conditions was recorded at the diagnosis, termination of treatment, and final control stages. A 2-stage hierarchical logistic regression model was applied to show how strongly the demographic characteristics of parents and their children predicted the parental BAS. Of the demographic characteristics, there was a significant correlation (P < .05) between the patient’s sex, age, developmental period, Tanner stage, referral status, management method, family’s place of residence, economic distress, and BAS. However, according to the 2-stage hierarchical regression model, only 3 demographic characteristics, the patient’s gender, place of residence, and method used in patient management, significantly predicted BAS (P < .05, ΔR 2 = .35). Among the many factors that affect anxiety experienced by parents whose son or daughter has breast problems, the gender of the child, place of residence of the family, and management methods used by the practitioner are demographic characteristics that should be taken into consideration.

Резюме. Одним із найважливіших та революційних досягнень у медицині XIX ст. стало відкриття загального знеболювання та початок «ери анестезії». Як відомо, значний об’єм стоматологічних втручань супроводжується болісними відчуттями, тому знеболювання є одним із найважливіших етапів лікування у сучасній стоматології. Особливо актуальним дане явище є для специфічного контингенту пацієнтів, таких, як діти та підлітки, на фоні психоемоційного формування їх особистості та особливої вразливості щодо сприйняття болю з подальшим формуванням взаємодовірливих відносин між стоматологом та пацієнтом. Мета дослідження – проаналізувати літературні джерела для формулювання доцільності застосування місцевої анестезії в амбулаторному стоматологічному лікуванні підлітків. Матеріали і методи. Огляд та аналіз наукової та медичної літератури на основі баз даних Scopus, Web of Science, MedLine, PubMed, NCBI, вивчення яких не перевищує 10 років, включаючи огляди літератури та результати клінічних досліджень. Результати досліджень та їх обговорення. Контингент пацієнтів дитячого та підліткового віку, будучи одними з найскладніших для стоматологічного лікування, піддається страху та тривозі через брак попереднього досвіду. Навички долати вищенаведені стани є недостатньо розвиненими або відсутніми, і як наслідок, немає стимулу до співпраці між пацієнтом та лікарем. Базуючись на особливостях підліткового періоду, а саме психологічній та фізіологічній нестабільності, виражена тривожність і страх потенційно можуть посилити сприйняття болю. З цією метою впроваджено предмети та засоби, які знижують дискомфорт у момент проведення анестезії, що дозволяє максимально точно досягнути кінцевого пункту та чітко дозувати препарат. Висновки. Ефективність знеболювання на амбулаторному стоматологічному прийомі, особливо дитячого та підліткового віку, залежить не тільки від мануальних навичок лікаря, а й від його теоретичної підготовки щодо фармакології лікарських засобів, психології роботи з даним контингентом пацієнтів. Якщо раніше в стоматології дитячого віку нерідко використовувався підхід «лікувати дитину за будь-яку ціну у відведений для неї час», то сьогодні сучасні тенденції до надання стоматологічної допомоги населенню диктують: «Лікувати безболісно з підвищеним ступенем комфорту для дитини та її батьків». Поява нових засобів та способів знеболювання дозволяє лікарю досягти високого професійного рівня у роботі.
