Pediatric anesthesiology fellow education: is a simulation‐based boot camp feasible and valuable?

Abstract: A simulation-based BC for pediatric anesthesiology fellows was feasible, perceived to improve confidence, knowledge, technical skills, and clinical performance, and was not too basic.
