Pediatric ACL Revision Using Salvaged Iliotibial Band Autograft in a Physeal-Sparing Multiligamentous Knee Reconstruction

Abstract: Case: Iliotibial band (ITB) autograft is used for anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction in prepubescent patients. No reports have described ITB salvage techniques for failed reconstruction.
