Abstract:Background: Perivascular epithelioid cell tumor (PEComa) is extremely rare neoplasm, especially for the pulmonary localization. Clear-cell tumor of the lung, arising from perivascular epithelioid cells, has mainly asymptomatic and benign course. The diagnosis is confirmed on the immunohistochemical examination.
