PDBBrowse — a graphics interface to the Brookhaven Protein Data Bank

Abstract: With a few keystrokes and mouse button clicks on a UNIX workstation, the entire Protein Data Bank archive is now available for searching and displaying the three-dimensional protein structures contained within.
