Pd42-05 Outcomes of Surgical Management of Localized High-Risk Prostate Cancer: Results From the Prostate Cancer Canadian Collaboration

Abstract

In our single center study of patients undergoing fusion biopsy and radical prostatectomy, Gleason upgrading rates were found to be similar to standard ultrasound guided prostate biopsies. We did not identify any clinical features predictive of upgrading on final radical prostatectomy specimen.
