Abstract: INTRODUCTION AND OBJECTIVE: Hypertension (HTN) has a reported incidence of around 4% after pediatric renal trauma. Risk factors for long-term HTN include medial parenchymal lacerations, high AAST injury grade, and HTN in the acute postinjury period.
